The Project
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester-Victor is a select-service hotel at 7502 Main Street Fishers in Victor, New York, at the intersection of Route 96 and Main Street Fishers just off New York State Thruway Exit 45, in the Rochester suburb that anchors the Eastview Mall retail corridor and the northern gateway to the Finger Lakes. The hotel sits on the Victor-Fishers hospitality strip alongside Prime's Homewood Suites, serving corporate demand from the Victor and Pittsford office parks and leisure travel to the Finger Lakes wine region.
The property offers standard rooms and suites with the brand's complimentary hot breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and meeting space, with free parking and highway visibility from Route 96.
Prime Companies developed the hotel ground-up as part of its hospitality platform, which at its height included Hilton and IHG branded hotels in New York and Pennsylvania, and operated it before selling.
