The Project
Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester-Victor is a 90-suite extended-stay hotel at 575 Fishers Station Drive in Victor, New York, in the Fishers Station commercial park at Route 96 and New York State Thruway Exit 45, minutes from Eastview Mall and the Victor and Pittsford office corridor and a short drive from Canandaigua Lake and the Finger Lakes wine trails. The hotel sits a few hundred yards from Prime's Holiday Inn Express & Suites on the same interchange, giving the two properties complementary select-service and extended-stay positioning.
The all-suite property offers studio, one- and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens, the brand's complimentary hot breakfast and evening social, an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and meeting space, with free parking and an outdoor patio and grill area.
Prime Companies developed the hotel ground-up under a Hilton franchise as part of its hospitality platform, which also included the Homewood Suites in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Hotel Indigo in Colonie, New York, and operated it before selling.
