The Project
The Lofts at Frog Alley is a 74-unit loft-style apartment community at 108 State Street in downtown Schenectady, New York, in the Mill Artisan District at the foot of State Street near the Mohawk Harbor and Rivers Casino district. The newly constructed building places one- and two-bedroom apartments above Frog Alley Brewing, with Bountiful Bread and Annabel's Pizzeria among the ground-floor tenants, a block from Proctors Theatre and the restaurant and nightlife corridor along State and Jay Streets.
Apartments feature open industrial layouts with exposed ductwork, polished concrete floors, tall windows with city views, stainless appliances, quartz counters, in-unit washers and dryers, and private balconies in select homes, with cable and high-speed internet included in rent. Residents share a private fitness center, a resident lounge, off-street parking and a private pet area, and select homes were offered furnished for short-term and extended stays through Prime Corporate Apartments.
Prime Companies was engaged as third-party property manager to lease up and operate the community from its 2020 opening, bringing the building to stabilization for its developer before the assignment concluded.
