The Project
Riverwalk on the Hudson is a 176-unit apartment community at 200 Riverwalk Way on Van Schaick Island in Cohoes, New York, at the northern tip of the island where the Mohawk meets the Hudson. The community sits directly on the water, a short walk from Peebles Island State Park and the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail, with Troy, Albany and Saratoga Springs a few minutes from the nearby interstates.
The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with cathedral ceilings in select homes, private patios, dishwashers, washer and dryer hookups, and cable and high-speed internet included in rent. Community amenities include a waterfront pool, grill and picnic area, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour laundry facilities, off-street parking and on-site management and maintenance. Select homes are offered furnished for short-term and extended stays through Prime Corporate Apartments.
Prime Companies built Riverwalk in 1999 and has owned and managed it ever since, the first of Prime's three communities on Van Schaick Island alongside Hudson Square and Captain's Lookout, and one of the longest-held assets in the portfolio.
