Lake Meadows is a single-family neighborhood in Wynantskill, a hamlet in the Town of North Greenbush just southeast of Troy, laid out along Francis Drive and Kent Place a short walk west of Snyders Lake.
Prime Companies developed the community in partnership with the builder. Prime put the land under contract and conveyed lots to the builder, built a number of the homes itself, and marketed the neighborhood through sell-out.
Wynantskill is a commuter location about ten minutes from downtown Troy and twenty from Albany, in the Wynantskill Union Free School District.
