The Project
Brickwalk is an 18-home single-family subdivision in the Town of Lysander, outside the Village of Baldwinsville, New York, about fifteen miles northwest of downtown Syracuse. The community is built along Brickwalk Way, a single street off Hicks Road just north of Route 370 that ends in a short crossbar of lots, with homes on large wooded parcels of roughly an acre or more backing to farmland and woods.
Prime Companies developed the subdivision, carrying the land through approvals, road and utility construction, and lot sales. Homes on Brickwalk Way were built between 2009 and 2016, including larger custom homes of 3,000 to 4,400 square feet.
Brickwalk sits within the planned Cold Springs sewer district that Prime's Melvin Farms project will anchor, and neighbors that site to the south.
