The Project
Loudon Hills East is a 35-lot single-family subdivision on Sterling Ridge Road in Loudonville, New York, in the Town of Colonie north of Albany. The neighborhood sits off Loudon Road (Route 9) in one of the Capital Region's most established residential areas, minutes from the Northway, Albany International Airport, Siena College and the Wolf Road and Latham commercial corridors, and is served by public water and sewer and the North Colonie Central School District.
The subdivision was laid out with approximately half-acre homesites for custom single-family homes, marketed with Keystone Homes as builder and sold through Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, with plans featuring hardwood floors, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, granite or quartz kitchens and stone accents.
Prime Companies acquired and entitled the land, built the roads and infrastructure, and delivered finished lots, one of more than twenty residential subdivisions Prime has developed across the Capital Region alongside Red Rock Estates, Country Club Estates, Birchwood, Crimson Park and Lake Meadows.
