The Project
Hotel Trilogy, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is a 107-room boutique hotel at 254 Old Wolf Road in Latham, in the Town of Colonie, New York, in the Wolf Road business and hospitality district a mile from Albany International Airport and minutes from the Northway, Interstate 90 and the Colonie Center retail corridor. It opened on December 9, 2008, and is today part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
The hotel was built with a residential-style design, spa-inspired showers, a fitness studio, a 24-hour business center and nearly 1,200 square feet of meeting space, with The Parc, its bar and lounge, on site.
Prime's principals developed the hotel ground-up and operated it as an IHG franchise before changing to Hilton's Tapestry Collection in 2020. Kenneth Raymond, a member of Prime Companies, and Joe Scaring own the hotel.
