The Project
Jordan Point is a 46-unit townhome community in the Town of North Greenbush, New York, on the east side of the Hudson between Troy and East Greenbush. The homes are arranged in attached rows along Jordan Point Drive on a wooded site off Route 4.
Prime Companies developed the community, taking the site through approvals, infrastructure and construction of the townhomes for sale to individual owners. Two- and three-bedroom units from roughly 1,350 square feet have resold in recent years in the low-to-mid $300,000s.
North Greenbush is a commuter location roughly ten minutes from downtown Troy and fifteen from downtown Albany via Route 4 and I-90, with Hudson Valley Community College and the Rensselaer Technology Park nearby.
