The Project
Oak Hill Apartments & Townhomes is a 220-unit rental community at 6601 Oak Hill Circle in Rensselaer, New York, on a wooded hillside off Washington Avenue at the Rensselaer and East Greenbush line, ten minutes from downtown Albany across the Dunn Memorial Bridge and close to the Rensselaer Rail Station, Interstate 90 and the Routes 4 and 9 and 20 commercial corridors. The community mixes two-story garden apartment buildings with rows of townhomes across a campus of internal loop roads and open lawn.
Homes include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhomes, with a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool and playground serving the community.
Prime Companies developed Oak Hill ground-up and delivered it in 2006, then owned and managed the community before selling it. It operates today under a new owner as Eagle Rock Apartments & Townhomes at Rensselaer.
