The Project
The Plattsburgh Development is a mixed-use redevelopment of the Durkee Street lot, a 3.4-acre city-owned parcel in the heart of downtown Plattsburgh, New York, bounded by Bridge Street to the north, Durkee Street to the west and the Saranac River to the east. The site is the largest developable parcel in the downtown core and the centerpiece of the city's state-funded Downtown Revitalization Initiative.
The City of Plattsburgh selected Prime as its development partner for the site in 2019, and the current program calls for a 110-room hotel and 34 luxury townhomes and apartments on the riverfront.
