The Project
Red Rock Estates is a 19-lot single-family residential subdivision on Red Rock Road in Troy, New York, in the Lansingburgh section of the city north of downtown. The subdivision occupies a wooded hillside site off Oakwood Avenue, with lots arranged along two loop roads, each ending in a cul-de-sac, on either side of a connecting through-road.
Prime Companies developed the subdivision, taking the raw land through approvals, roads and utilities, and lot sales. Homes in the subdivision were built in the late 1990s.
