The Project
River's Edge is a 189-unit garden-style apartment community at 1100 River View Road in Green Island, New York, on the west bank of the Hudson River opposite downtown Troy. The waterfront site looks across to Starbuck Island and Troy's riverfront, and residents can walk over the Green Island Bridge to Troy's restaurants, farmers market and RPI in minutes, with Albany, Saratoga Springs and the Northway a short drive away.
The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from roughly 860 to 1,550 square feet, with private balconies or patios, river views, vaulted ceilings, decorative fireplaces and hardwood floors in select homes. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, a clubhouse with conference and event space, a 24-hour fitness center, reserved off-street parking and on-site 24-hour maintenance. A portion of the homes are offered furnished for short-term and extended stays through Prime Corporate Apartments, and 38 of the 189 apartments are set aside as affordable housing, making River's Edge a mixed-income community.
