Winner's Circle at Saratoga is a garden-style apartment and townhome community at 100 Madison Drive in Ballston Spa, New York, in the Town of Milton just south of Saratoga Springs and minutes from Northway Exit 13 and the Saratoga Race Course. Built out in phases between 2008 and 2022, it is one of the largest rental communities in Saratoga County, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes across a wooded, campus-style site.
Homes feature in-unit washers and dryers, energy-efficient heating and cooling, and, in select units, fireplaces, walk-in closets, private balconies or patios, storage and private attached garages, with the newest phase delivered with stainless appliances and quartz counters. Residents share two outdoor pools with patio and outdoor dining areas, two clubhouses with full kitchens and lounges, two 24-hour fitness centers, a dog park and a scenic walking trail, and select homes were offered furnished through Prime Corporate Apartments.
Prime Companies served as third-party property manager for the community's owner, overseeing leasing, operations and resident services across the property and the lease-up of its newly constructed final phase, before the management assignment concluded.
